The Suncity Villa | 4 Bedroom + Annex combines the complete three-bedroom main residence with a private studio annex, creating a spacious stay for guests who want additional privacy while remaining within one villa. All four bedrooms are ensuite. The private annex also includes its own kitchenette. Guests enjoy the main living room, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, gym, table tennis and outdoor sit-out. The villa provides 24/7 power supported by a solar inverter system, Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, secure parking, 24/7 security and an in-house housekeeper. Private chef services, spa services and a PS5 are available on request. The displayed nightly rate is for accommodation/staycation use only. Parties and events attract separate pricing and require prior approval. A refundable ₦50,000 caution fee applies to staycation bookings. Approved party/event bookings require a refundable ₦100,000 caution fee.
