  • Caution fees are refundable after checkout following inspection and provided there are no damages or chargeable violations
  • Breakfast is not included
  • Parties require prior approval
  • Approved party bookings keep the same ₦322,500 nightly rate
  • Only the refundable caution fee changes to ₦100,000 for approved party bookings

Cancellation policy

FirmA 25% deposit secures the booking and is not refundable.
  • A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is not refundable.
  • Cancel 7 or more days before check-in and 25% is retained. 75% is refunded.
  • Cancel within 7 days of check-in and 50% is retained. 50% is refunded.
  • Cancel within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show, and 75% is retained. 25% is refunded.
